Contact Energy Limited is considering making an offer of $150 million of unsecured,subordinated Capital Bonds to the New Zealand public to further optimise its capitalstructure through increasing financial flexibility and extending its term funding profile. Expressions of interest are being sought however no money is being requested and wont be accepted until investors receive a simplified disclosure prospectus. Expressions of interest can be made via Craigs Investment Partners (Arranger and Joint Lead Manager); ANZ (Joint Lead Manager); ASB Institutional (Joint Lead Manager); Forsyth Barr (Joint lead manager) or Westpac Institutional Bank (Co-manager).
